In this old-school action comedy, two renegade teenagers, nicknamed “The Devils,” terrorize Bremerton by smashing things and chasing babes. They are always on the run, one step ahead of the inept cops. They love to drink and smoke anything they can get their hands on, and capturing babes is (of course) the top of their priority list. A heavy metal soundtrack accompanies this mini-film, intensifying the non-stop action.
